Join us in improving linkAges!

As you know, linkAges TimeBank is an innovative way to build a strong and connected community. We are committed to making your linkAges experience the best it can be.

To help us understand what is working and what isn’t, we regularly reach out to our members to learn more about you and your TimeBank experiences. This ongoing evaluation process is critical to the continued success of linkAges. We’re counting on you to help us!

Here’s three ways that you can join us in improving linkAges for everyone:

1. Answer questions online or by phone. We sometimes use surveys to hear from our members. For example, when new members join the linkAges TimeBank, we invite them to participate in an online evaluation survey. As members participate in exchanges, we ask for input through a short survey about the experience. From time to time, we may call or email you to check-in. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.

2. Participate in an interview or group discussion. We periodically invite TimeBank members to talk with us about their TimeBank experiences. We may invite your participation in an interview or as part of a small group discussion. Please let us know if you are interested in getting involved.

3. Send us your suggestions, stories and feedback: linkagestimebank@gmail.com.  We value your perspective and are always interested in hearing from you. Please feel free to share pictures, video clips, stories and even guest post on our blog. This is your TimeBank, and everyone benefits when we work towards improving our community.

To summarize, we look to you, our linkAges TimeBank members, to continue to create a positive and engaging community. So if you see an online survey or are contacted about the evaluation, please join in. Your participation is another way to make a difference through the TimeBank.

Our Evaluation Partner: We have teamed with John Snow, Inc. (JSI), a public health research and consulting organization, to help us evaluate our progress towards our goals. JSI has been working with organizations like ours to promote and improve health for over 35 years. Learn more about JSI here: www.jsi.com. JSI staff may contact you on behalf of the linAges TimeBank team.
